If you encounter such issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a short description of the case and include snapshots of the packet and other boxes, if applicable. Please refrain from using the item in question and retain the packaging for further investigation.
How does the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option work?
Our Cash on Delivery option allows you to pay for your order at the time of delivery. Select the “Cash on Delivery” option on the payment page. Note that this option is available only in selected pin codes, and the COD limit may vary for customers based on order rejection percentage.
How do I apply a coupon to my order?

What is YZ’s email verification policy?
To ensure important communication reaches our customers, we verify email addresses. Accounts with invalid domains, no mail server, or no mailbox may have the cash on delivery option disabled.
How do I return multiple products from a single order?
For multiple product returns, you will receive a separate Return ID for each item via email. If you choose to self-ship the products, you can send them together in a single shipment. Include the Return IDs on a sheet of paper inside the packet. Alternatively, if pickup is available, our courier person will collect the products from the pickup address.
